Sarah Fitzgerald

Sarah Fitzgerald is an agile and creative food scientist with over 10 years of experience formulating new food products for nationwide grocery store launches. Perhaps you've bought an item she worked on?


Sarah grew up in Washington State and spent the last few years in Colorado where she worked for Danone making plant-based cheese. She balances her love of exploring new cities with exploring new nature trails and scenic hikes. She currently works at Culinex in Seattle, Wa.
